Welcome to the 6th workshop in the Derby Jazz - SingJazz vocal workshop series.
To finish our fully subscribed and hugely successful series, we will reflect on what we have looked at previously, and finish off with the tricky standard “Twisted”. Participants can choose to showcase any of the songs we have worked on before - with particular emphasis on how to direct the pianist, colla voce style, scat over a popular standard, swing it up or try something in a language other than English.
New participants are more than welcome, as all resources from previous sessions will be shared beforehand and we will start the next series of workshops very soon!!

The workshop is available to anyone over the age of 16 who has an interest in singing jazz, whether you are a complete newbie or already have some jazz singing experience.
Cost is £20 per session (£15 for low or unwaged) + booking fee.
