Edison’s warm expressive guitar tone, deep musical grooves and infectious melodies - a perfect late-summer jazzy soundscape!

Edison Herbert is a jazz guitarist known for his expressive tone, refined technique, and deep respect for the jazz tradition. His playing blends warm tone, deep groove and melodic clarity with subtle harmonic sophistication, creating performances that are both intimate and dynamic.

Influenced by Wes Montgomery, George Benson and Grant Green, his music sits firmly in the jazz tradition while carrying a modern, soulful edge.

A mentored artist of legendary guitarist and arranger George Benson, Edison has released multiple albums including All I Need, earning wide praise.  His playing is influenced by Wes Montgomery and Grant Green as well as George Benson and has a modern soulful edge.
