PLAYJAZZ "AN INTRODUCTION TO VOCAL JAZZ"

Led by Yvonne Barrie, a professional jazz vocalist and educator, who has had many years experience of performing and leading workshops across Asia and the U.K., the session will involve some fun vocal warm ups to get everyone comfortable. We will then look at 2 or 3 jazz "standards", including an up-tempo swing song and a slower jazz ballad with a blues feel.

Please note this is a singers only workshop - all our instrumentalists can look forward to the next Playjazz session on May 5th.
