Maddie met her band members at the Royal Academy of Music, the quartet graduating together in 2025. Their playful and original sets blend beloved jazz standards, gems from the Great American Songbook and touches of soul. The group has worked with and been mentored by vocalist Claire Martin OBE and award-winning producer James McMillan and the invitation to play in Lincoln came after the quartet’s impressive 2025 jazz festival debut at Swanage.

Jazzpac events are run by volunteers who organise live jazz events held at the Bue Room in Lincoln. We have an annual program of around ten gigs a year presenting the best national and, occasionally, international musicians on the jazz scene today. Tickets for our events are available to book in advance although on most occasions will also be available to buy on the door. Whether you're one of our many regulars or it's your first time at one of our jazz nights, you'll always get a warm welcome from our volunteers on the desk and by the staff at The Blue Room.
