Vasilis and Paul have played together over twenty years since they met after moving to London to study. Their latest recording with this band, Feels Like Home, is rooted in the jazz tradition, eclectic, groove-based and fundamentally melodic with elements of hard bop, latin-jazz, gospel, even folk and nods to Dexter Gordon, Stanley Turrentine, John Coltrane, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Bill Evans, Brad Mehldau and McCoy Tyner - honest music full of emotions.

Jazzpac events are run by volunteers who organise live jazz events held at the Bue Room in Lincoln. We have an annual program of around ten gigs a year presenting the best national and, occasionally, international musicians on the jazz scene today. Tickets for our events are available to book in advance although on most occasions will also be available to buy on the door. Whether you're one of our many regulars or it's your first time at one of our jazz nights, you'll always get a warm welcome from our volunteers on the desk and by the staff at The Blue Room.
